Bernie Madoff is no saint.  I am not rushing to his defense.  Understand that.

I’ve seen video replayed of the guy walking down the street after the (alleged) Ponzi scheme came to light.  He’s surrounded by one of those mobs of photographers.   Most of them are walking backwards to take pictures of Madoff’s face.

One of the still photographers walks up to Madoff, pushes him in the chest — hard enough to make Madoff lose a step — then steps back and snaps a picture.  Of course, he’s trying to set up an unflattering still of an angry Madoff glaring at the offending photographer.

I watch the video and get angry.  Who is this jerk-photographer?
