Angela Lansbury sings the title song in the film “Beauty and the Beast.” She plays a teapot. I discovered this on YouTube and downloaded the song from iTunes.

Everyone seems to know this but me. I knew there was a “Beauty and the Beast” cartoon, but I’ve never seen it. I know the song from the pop version that I heard on the radio at the time.

I’m glad I’m partially catching up with 1991 popular culture. How embarrassing.

(By the way, I recommend the Angela Lansbury version of the song. It’s like Jessica Fletcher had this hidden talent all along.)
